We seek to use only the finest materials, and each item we sell is carefully inspected to ensure the highest manufacturing standards. We recommend that you treat all items with care, as natural wear can occur. When not in use, store items in a protective bag, dresser, or closet.

In the instance that you are missing items from your order or you receive an item that is not in ideal condition, please reach out to us at orders@roshbrand.com immediately so we can assist. Our team will need to receive images of your package as received, which you can please provide when you reach out to us.

Delivery is deemed complete, and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier. All packages require a signature.
